| 摘 要： | 通过对白灵菇51068菌株菌丝的营养特性的研究,结果表明:白灵菇菌丝生长最适碳源为红糖,玉米面、蛋白胨、麸皮作为氮源均可,最适无机盐为氯化钾,最适维生素为Vc。

| Abstract: | Nutrients characteristics of hypha of Pleurotus ferulae Lenzi-51068 were studied in this paper.The results showed that the optimal carbon sources were from brown sugar,corn meal,peptone as organic sources were the same effect as wheat bran,the optimal inorganic salts from KCl,the optimal vitamin from Vc. |
