摘    要:通过盆栽试验,研究了干旱条件下施用微量元素锰对夏玉米生长及叶片光合色素含量的影响。在正常供水和土壤干旱条件下,锰肥的施用明显地改善了夏玉米的生长状况和叶片叶绿素含量。干旱情况下,施锰处理的玉米株高、地上部及地下部干物质分别比对照增加了12.6%、24.8%和29.5%。正常供水条件下,施锰处理的玉米株高、地上部及地下部干物质分别依次增加了9.0%、7.6%和21.6%。正常供水和土壤干旱条件下,施锰处理的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量增加了31.7%和16.3%、40.0%和11.7%、35.8%和12.6%。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted in greenhouse to study the effects of manganese fertilizer on growth and photosynthetic pigments of maize. The application of manganese improved the growth of maize in both sufficient water and drought conditions. Under drought conditions, the maize height, dry shoot weight and dry root weight in manganese treatments were increased by 12.6%, 24.8% and 29.5% respectively, compared with no manganese treatments. Under sufficient water conditions, these indexes in manganese treatments were increased by 9.0%, 7.6% and 21.6% respectively. The contents of Chla, Chlb and Chlt were increased by 31.7% and 16.3%, 40.0% and 11.7%, 35.8% and 12.6% under sufficient water and drought condition respectively.
