| Abstract: | The construction object of new countryside socialist has abundant content and deep meaning. The policy implementation must be guaranteed by the of law. At present, mainly there are agricultural law,land management lawed,law of land contract and so on. In addition, it is needed to revise and ensure the enactment of law for peasant's rights and interests such as the law of compulsory education. |
