从山西农业现状看小杂粮产业的发展

摘    要:审视山西农业的优劣势 ,可以看出 :小杂粮、蔬菜、干鲜果、牛羊食畜是山西省的 4项优势产业。其中小杂粮是山西最具地域优势、最值称道的特色产业。调整农业结构 ,大力发展小杂粮 ,只有坚持调整种植业结构 ,优化品种 ,实行区域化布局、规模化发展 ,积极培育市场 ,搞活商品流通 ,才能把小杂粮真正发展成为兴晋富民的立省产业。

Abstract:By analyzing the superiority and inferiority of the agriculture in Shanxi, minor cereal production is a special industry for the optimum area in Shanxi. Minor cereal production should be developed energetically by readjusting the agricultural structure. As long as planting systems are regulated, quality varieties should be used, rational regional distribution should be carried out, scale production is developed, market should be nourished actively and commercial farm products are circulated smoothly as well, minor cereal production will become the main industry in making the province prosperous and people rich.
