摘    要:目的]准确测定烟气中铅和镉的含量,提高卷烟的吸食安全性。方法]考察了采用静电捕集方式,乙醇为洗脱溶剂,原子吸收光谱法测定主流烟气粒相中的铅和镉含量的方法。结果]铅和镉的检出限为0.274和0.032μg/L,回收率为98.2%~101.6%和95.8%~98.7%,RSD≤5%。结论]试验方法具有准确性高、精密度好、检出限低等特点,适合卷烟主流烟气粒相中铅和镉元素的测定。

Determination of Lead and Cadmium in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke by Electrostatic Precipitation

Abstract:Objective] To determine the content of Pb and Ca in mainstream cigarette smoke and improve the smoking security.Method] With the electrostatic precipitation method and ethanol as the eluant.Result] The detection limits of Pb and Ca were 0.274 and 0.032 μg/L with the recovery was in the range of 98.2%-101.6% and 95.8%-98.7%,RSD was ≤ 5%.Conclusion] The experimental method has the advantages of high accuracy,good precision and low detection limit,thus it is applicable for determining the content of Pb and Cd in the mainstream cigarette smoke.
