摘    要:目的]探究趋光性昆虫对不同颜色的趋性差异,为趋光性害虫的防治提供借鉴。方法]在高压汞灯提供光源的条件下采用红、黄、绿、蓝、紫、白6种颜色幕布对趋光性昆虫进行诱集,均匀驱散诱集的昆虫后定时统计彩布上的昆虫数量及分布情况;测量各彩布向光侧反射光光强,并分析其与趋性指数的关系。结果]黄色幕布的趋性指数最大,为29.77,极显著高于其他颜色幕布,蓝色布次之,紫色布的趋性指数最小;分析各颜色幕布向光侧的反射光光强数据,发现幕布反射光光强可能是影响趋光性昆虫对颜色趋性不同的因素之一。结论]趋光性昆虫对各彩色幕布趋性不同,为设计新型选择性害虫诱捕技术提供了理论依据。

Study on the Difference of Phototaxis Insects' Preference to Cloth in Different Colors

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the preference of phototaxis insects to six different colors,so as to provide references for their control.Method] Under the light of high-pressure mercury lamp,the phototaxis insects were trapped with the cloth in six different colors,red,yellow,green,blue,purple and white,and then the number and distribution of insects on each cloth were counted after a balanced dispersion of the trapped insects.The reflected lamp intensity of colored cloth facing to the lamp was measured,and its relationships with the preference index were analyzed.Result] The yellow cloth got the greatest preference index,which was 29.77,significantly higher than that of other colored cloth,the preference index of blue cloth was slightly lower than that of the yellow,but that of purple cloth was the smallest;it was found out through analysis that the phototaxis insects’ different preference to colors was probably influenced by the reflected light intensity of the cloth.Conclusion] The phototaxis insects showed different preferences to the cloth with different colors,providing practical basis for designing a new kind of selectively pest-trap technology.
