| 摘 要： | 综合运用人口组合预测法以及其他经济预测方法,预测2011～2025年安徽省劳动力需求与供给状况。结果表明,2014年是安徽省劳动力供求变化的转折点,劳动力数量开始下降,并首次出现劳动力短缺现象。提出安徽省应该从经济结构升级、劳动力素质提高、劳动参与率调节3个方面着手,及早应对即将出现的劳动力短缺问题的对策建议。

| Abstract: | By using the population polyfactor compounding projection and other economic forecast methods,the supply and demand of labor forces in Anhui Province in the year of 2011-2025 were forecasted.The results showed that the supply and demand of labor forces will start to change in 2014,when the quantity of labors starts to decline and the shortage of labor forces will appear for the first time.It was proposed that some measures should be taken from industrial upgrading,improving labor quality and regulating labor participiation rate to cope with the upcoming problem of labor shortage. |
