摘 要: | 目的]建立鉴别毒清药和香樟根药材的红外指纹图谱。方法]采用傅立叶变换红外光谱法对毒清药和香樟根进行红外指纹图谱分析。结果]毒清药和香樟根药材具有各自不同的红外特征指纹图谱。结论]试验所得毒清药和香樟根药材的红外特征指纹图谱可作为这2种药材的鉴别依据。

Abstract: | Objective]To establish the infrared fingerprints to identify Du Qing Yao and Cinnamomum camphora Presl Root.Method]Du Qing Yao and Cinnamomum camphora Presl Root were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.Result] Several batches of Du Qing Yao and Cinnamomum camphora Presl Root showed unique and stable characteristics of infrared fingerprints.Conclusion] The infrared fingerprint of Du Qing Yao and Cinnamomum camphora Presl Root can be used as a basis for authenticity of their identification. |
