摘    要:目的]研究格力兜兰的无菌播种与组培快繁,探讨其最佳培养条件,以期能够商品化生产格力兜兰,实现其资源保护和可持续利用。方法]以人工授粉的种子为外植体,进行无菌播种试验,并对其进行幼苗形态键成和生根壮苗条件研究。结果]210 d胚龄的种子萌发率高;种子萌发最佳培养基为1/2 RE+NAA 0.5 mg/L+BA 0.2 mg/L+CM 50 ml/L+CH 1 g/L,壮苗培养基为MS+NAA 1.0mg/L+BA 0.2 mg/L+活性碳0.6 mg/L+香蕉泥50 g/L。结论]该研究实现了格力兜兰的快速繁殖,提高了其繁殖系数,能够进行商品化育苗。

Aseptic Sowing and Tissue Culture Propagation of Paphiopedilum gratrixianum

Abstract:Objective] To study the asepstic sowing and tissue culture propagation of Paphiopedilum gratrixianum,explore its best culture conditions,so as to realize the commerical production,resources protection and sustainable utilization of Paphiopedilum gratrixianum.Method] Experiment of asepsis sowing was carried out on the seeds of artificial pollination,and the formation of seedlings and conditions of rooting were studied.Result] 210-day embryo seeds had the highest germination rate,the best medium for germination was 1/2RE+NAA 0.5 g/L+BA 0.2 mg/L+Coconut milk 50 ml/L+Casein hydrolisis 1 g/L;the strong seeding medium was MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+BA 0.2 mg/L+Activated charcoal 0.6 mg/L+Mashed banana 50 g/L.Conclusion] The study achieved the rapid propagation of Paphiopedilum gratrixianum and improved the propagation coefficient,which provided the basis for commercial production of Paphiopedilum gratrixianum tissue.
