中原经济区农机化作业服务组织适度规模研究

针对河南省农机化作业服务组织的现状及存在的主要问题,提出了中原经济区农机化作业服务组织发展策略。明确指出农机化作业服务组织应因地制宜,适度规模经营,并提出了农机化作业服务组织适度规模的评价思路,探讨了评价方法。认为中原经济区优化农业机械的技术结构,优化作业服务组织,适度调整经营规模是促进区域农业机械化的协调、平衡发展的战略决策。

Research on the Moderate Scale of Agricultural Mechanization Operating Service Organization in the Economic Region of Central Plains

Based on the present situation and core problems of Henan agricultural mechanization operating service organizations,it was clearly pointed out that the organizations should take actions that suit local conditions and carry out moderate scale management,the concept and methods were proposed to evaluate the moderate scale of agricultural mechanization operating service organizations.Some strategies,such as improving the technical structure of agricultural machinery,optimizing the operating service organizations,and moderately regulating the management scale,were proposed to realize the balanced and coordinated development of regional agricultural mechanization.
