| 摘 要： | 对构建社会主义新农村背景下的农民和谐增收问题进行了理论分析,阐述了农民和谐增收的内涵与意义,对农民和谐增收制约因素进行了研究,并提出了促进和保障农民和谐增收的对策即创新制度与政府扶持相结合,培育新型农民,加强农村生态建设等。

| Abstract: | The issues of farmers’ harmonious income growth were theoretically analyzed in the context of new socialist countryside construction,the connotation and significance of harmonious income growth were expounded,and the constraints to the farmers’ income growth in a harmonious way were studied,and finally some measures were put forward,including the combination of innovation system and governmental support,the cultivation of new type farmers and the enhancement of rural ecological construction,etc. |
