摘 要: | 甜玉米是我国非常重要的鲜食食品,被称为"黄金食品"。从甜玉米的适宜采收期、预处理、保鲜、加工方面概述了我国甜玉米保鲜加工的现状与研究进展,以期为甜玉米产业的发展提供理论参考。
