浙江省山区河道护坡乔木植物枫杨耐淹性研究

摘    要:[目的]对浙江省山区河道护坡植物枫杨进行耐淹性研究。[方法]分别测定生长在河岸和河道水流中的枫杨叶片的气孔导度和膜保护酶活性。[结果]枫杨树种在淹水条件下气孔导度比旱生条件下增加了52.89%,SOD和POD活性分别减少了17.1%和25.8%,MDA含量增加了18.48%。[结论]枫杨植株在山区河道消落带中具有较强的耐淹性。

Research on the Tolerance to Flooding of Slope Plants Pterocarya stenoptera in Mountain Stream of Zhejiang Province

Abstract:[Objective] Tolerance to flooding of slope plants Pterocarya stenoptera was studied in mountain stream of Zhejiang Province.[Method]The stomatal conductance,activities of the protective enzymes in the lipid membrane such as SOD,POD and superoxide such as MDA in the leaves of Pterocarya stenoptera in flooding were measured.[Result]The stomatal conductance of Pterocarya stenoptera in the flooded conditions was increased by 52.89% than drought conditions.The average activity of SOD and POD decreased by 17.1% and 25.8% respectively.Simultaneously,the average contents of MDA increased by18.48%.[Conclusion]Pterocarya stenoptera has strong tolerance to flooding in mountain stream of Zhejiang Province.
