贵州不同产地同一烤烟品种中致香成分比较分析

目的]研究同一烤烟品种在贵州不同产区的烟叶致香成分的差异,为贵州烟叶产区的烟叶生产及品种资源研究提供参考。方法]采用同时蒸馏萃取-气相色谱/质谱法和气相色谱-氮磷检测器(NPD)检测法对贵州省安龙和天柱2个地区同一品种云烟87在8个不同生产地具有代表性的X2F、C3F、B2F 3个等级共计24个烟叶样品进行挥发性香味成分的分析。结果]从平均总量上看,贵州8个产区的致香成分总量相差不大。从重要的致香成分分类看,同一等级的酮类、醇类、烃类、醛类8个产区的平均含量差异不大,而同一等级的挥发性酸和碱以及酯和内酯类的平均总量相对差异比较明显,可能是由于栽培或地理条件差异造成的。结论]贵州8个不同特色烟叶产区种植的同一烤烟品种(云烟87)烟叶内在质量相差不大,相对稳定。

Comparison and Analysis of the Aroma Components in the Same Flue-cured Tobacco Cultivars from Different Areas of Guizhou Province

Objective] To study the difference in the aroma components in the same flue-cured tobacco cultivars from different areas of Guizhou Province,so as to provide references for the tobacco production and study in Guizhou tobacco-growing areas.Method] The volatile aroma components in the 24 leaf samples of Yunyan 87(X2F,C3F,B2F) from eight different tobacco-growing areas distributed in Anlong and Tianzhu of Guizhou were determined by SDE-GC/MS and GC/NPD.Result] From an average of the total point of view,the contents of volatile aroma components in the eight different tobacco-growing areas differed slightly.From the classification of important aroma constituents,the average contents of ketones,alcohols,hydrocarbons and aldehydes in the same grade tobacco leaf are slightly different,but the average contents of volatile acids,volatile bases,esters and lactones in the same grade tobacco leaf showed more obvious difference,maybe because of the difference in local cultivation or geographical conditions.Conclusion] The inherent quality of Yunyan 87 tobacco planted in eight different tobacco producing areas in Guizhou is relatively stable with very little difference.
