马铃薯人工控水抗旱性鉴定研究

摘    要:[目的]建立马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum)抗旱节水栽培技术。[方法]采用盆栽人工控水法对参试74份马铃薯材料进行抗旱性鉴定,测定各材料的抗旱系数、抗旱指标、薯块膨大期叶面积指数及可溶性蛋白含量,并将薯块膨大期可溶性蛋白含量叶面积指数与抗旱系数进行相关分析。[结果]白脚板、威芋3号、咪咪洋芋、冀张薯8号、鄂薯7号、毕引2号、克新19号、云薯501、米拉9个品种为高抗旱品种,大方本地洋芋、中薯14号、SO3-753、05-191、SO4-2303、大白花、SO1-198(7)、丽薯6号和春薯4号9个品种(系)为中抗旱品种,其余品种(系)均为低抗旱或不抗旱品种。且马铃薯抗旱系数的高低与叶面积指数相关性较小,而与叶片可溶性蛋白含量有直接相关性。[结论]马铃薯人工控水抗旱栽培是一项节本、增效的技术,这为马铃薯资源抗旱性鉴定和筛选提供了有力依据。

Study on Drought Resistance of Potato(Solanum tuberosum) under Artificial Water Control

Abstract:[Objective] The purpose was to establish drought resistance and water-saving cultivation techniques for potato.[Method] Drought resistance of 74 different potatoes was identified under artificially water control according to their drought resistance coefficient,drought resistance index,and leaf area index and soluble protein content at potato roots enlargement stage by the means of pot experiment,and the correlation between soluble protein content and leaf area index at potato roots enlargement stage and drought resistance coefficient was analyzed.[Result] High drought resistance potato varieties had 9 species(series),including White board,Weiyu3hao,Mimi potato,Jizhang potato No.8,E potato No.7,Biyin No.2,Kexin No.19,Yun potato 501 and Mila;Medium drought resistance varieties was 9 species(series),including Dafang local potato,Middle potato No.14,SO3-753,05-191,SO4-2303,Big while flower,SO1-198(7),Li potato No.6 and spring potato 4;And the others species(series) were low drought or not drought.There was no distinct correlation between potato drought-resistant index and leaf area index,while had direct correlation.with soluble protein of leaf.[Conclusion] Drought resistance of potato at artificial water control is a saving cost and improving effectiveness technology,which provides a powerful basis for potato drought resistance identification and screening.
