超声波辅助提取山楂叶中总黄酮工艺研究

摘    要:[目的]研究超声波辅助方法提取山楂叶中总黄酮的工艺条件。[方法]试验以一定浓度的乙醇为溶剂,采用超声波辅助方法对山楂叶中总黄酮进行提取,并对影响山楂叶总黄酮提取率的因素进行单因素试验和正交试验分析,优选最佳提取工艺条件。[结果]优选的山楂叶总黄酮的最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度50%,料液比1∶24(g/ml),提取温度60℃,提取时间30 min,提取次数为2次;在优化的条件下,总黄酮的得率可高达2.43%。[结论]超声波辅助提取山楂叶总黄酮的提取时间短、提取效果较好。

Abstract:[Objective] To study the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavones from hawthorn leaves.[Method] With ethanol as solvent,the total flavones were extracted from hawthorn leaves using the ultrasonic waves,and the factors influencing the extraction rate were analyzed with single factor test and orthogonal experiment,finally the best extraction conditions were determined.[Result] The best extraction conditions were 50% of ethanol concentration,1∶ 24(g/ml) of solid-liquid ratio,60 ℃ of extracting temperature,30 min extracting duration and twice times of extraction,under the optimized conditions,the yield of total flavones could reach up to 2.43%.[Conclusion] The ultrasonic-assisted extraction has the advantages of short extraction duration and good extracting results.
