磷酸泰乐菌素预混剂含量测定方法研究

磷酸泰乐菌素预混剂可提高饲料转换率，促进鸡和猪的体重增长，但其含量测定方法一直未确定。经研究，用ｐＨ７．０磷酸缓冲液和等体积的无水甲醇作提取液，超声１５ｍ ｉｎ，冷却后，用ｐＨ７．０磷酸缓冲液稀释，照抗生素微生物检定法测定，可有效测定预混剂中泰乐菌素的含量。该方法准确度高、稳定性好，回收率９９．８％ ，ＣＶ ０．４９％

Study on Assay Method of Tylosin Phosphate Premix Content

The primary uses of tylosin phosphate premix are in chickens and swine to increase weight gains and improve the feed efficiency. Its assay method of content has not been defined till now. This recommend method is adding sterile phosphate buffer pH7.0 and the same volume of methanol as extractant, sonicating for 15 minutes, cooling, diluting with phosphate buffer,and testing with the biological assay of antibiotics. It was shown that the introduced method can determinate tylosin content accurately and stably, recovered 99.8%, CV 0.49%.
