| Abstract: | This paper details the theories charactors, state of equipments and productive tests for the application of the electrostatic spraying technique to the moisture regaining technology of the hops. By the analysis or the quality of products and economic effect. It confirms the new technique is scientific, rational, economical and practicable. In practice it has been proved the equipment designed by the principle of the electrostatic moisture regaining is the quite ideal one in the current hop manufacturing process. |
