| 摘 要： | 选择150只1日龄雏鹅进行28 d的饲养试验,研究了在基础日粮中分别添加0.2%和0.4%的NSP酶制剂对雏鹅消化酶活性和盲肠微生物数量的影响.对消化酶活性的研究结果显示,0.2%与0.4%的NSP酶制剂使十二指肠食糜胰蛋白酶活性分别提高了26.95%和31.71%(P＜0.05),十二指肠食糜淀粉酶活性分别提高了23.49%和19.94%(P＜0.05),空肠食糜胰蛋白酶活性分别提高了24.15%和29.50%(P＜0.05);空肠食糜淀粉酶活性分别提高了20.49%和19.94%(P＜0.05);而对胰腺胰蛋白酶、胰腺淀粉酶、胰腺脂肪酶、十二指肠脂肪酶、空肠脂肪酶、回肠淀粉酶和回肠脂肪酶的影响均不显著(P＞0.05).对小肠盲肠微生物数量的研究结果显示,0.2%和0.4%的NSP酶制剂对雏鹅盲肠大肠杆菌、双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌数量的影响均不显著(P＞0.05). |
