马勃类真菌对桉树苗木生长效应的研究

摘    要:目的]研究马勃类真菌菌株对桉树苗木生长的影响。方法]于桉树纯林下采集纯化获得10个马勃类真菌菌株,将菌株培养、粉碎并接种于桉树幼苗,对苗木生长情况进行鉴定。每个菌种为1个处理,不接种为对照。结果]10个菌株对桉树苗木生长均有促进作用。与对照相比,桉树苗高增加14.5%~68.1%,其中接种1-4菌株的苗木最高,增加68.1%;苗木地径增加8.1%~49.7%,接种5-6菌株的苗木地径生长最好,增加了49.7%;苗木生物量(干重)增加5.3%~58.8%,接种1-6菌株的苗木生物量最大,增加58.8%,表明其效果最明显。结论]利用马勃类真菌对桉树幼苗进行接种可有效促进桉树生长。

Study on the Effect of Puffball Fung9i on Growth of Eucalyptus Seedlings
Abstract:Objective] The study was to study the effect of puffball fungi strains on the growth of eucalyptus seedlings.Method] 10 puffball fungi strains collected from eucalyptus forest were purified,cultured,crushed and inoculated to eucalyptus seedlings.And the growth condition of eucalyptus seedlings was identificated.Each strain was taken as a treatment,with non-inoculation as CK.Result] 10 strains all had promoting effect on growth of eucalyptus seedlings.Compared with CK,the seeding height was increased by 14.5%-68.1%,and the seeding inoculated with 1-4 strain was the highest,increasing by 68.1%;the ground diameter of seeding was increased by 8.1%-49.7%,and the growth of seeding ground diameter inoculated with 5-6 strain was the best,increasing by 49.7%;The biomass of seeding(dry weight) was increased by 5.3%-58.8%,and that of seeding inoculated with 1-6 strain was the biggest,increasing by 58.8%,which indicated that the inoculating effect was most obvious.Conclusion] It could effectively promote the growth of eucalyptus to inoculate puffball fungi to eucalyptus seedlings.
