星轮扶禾器扶禾能力分析

摘    要:叙述了立式割台星轮扶禾器的工作过程,即由收割台的输送齿带动倾斜的扶禾星轮转动,扶禾星轮齿(以下简称星轮齿)将作物扶起,并将其引向切割器,作物在星轮齿的扶持下被割刀进行切割;切割下的禾秆再被星轮齿压向挡板,在输送齿和上下压力弹簧的作用下,禾秆呈直立状态作横向输送运动。影响星轮扶器扶倒能力的主要因素为星轮的运动轨迹和扶禾能力。

Abstract:This paper states the working process of the vertical table star wheel grain-lifter. The feeding gear in the header drives the star wheel to run. Then the crop is lifted by the star wheel, and guided to the cutter. The crop is cut by the cutter, lifted by the star wheel. The cutting straw is pressed to the baffle by the star wheel again. Under the action of the feeding gear and the pressure spring, the erect straws make the motion of transverse feeding. The main factors influencing the lifting capability of the star wheel lifter are the kinetic trail and lifting capability of the star wheel.
