有机酸和硼、锌对小麦旗叶活性氧代谢及粒重的影响

摘    要:小麦灌浆后期,植株逐渐衰老,旗叶中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性下降,脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)积累,叶绿素及蛋白质逐渐分解。经抗坏血酸、苯甲酸、水杨酸、丹宁酸、琥珀酸等有机酸及硼、锌处理后,均不同程度地减缓了叶片中SOD活性下降和脂质过氧化产物的积累,延缓叶片衰老,具有增加粒重提高产量的效果。

Abstract:The decrease of activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),the accumulation of malondiadehyde(MDA)and the degradation of chlorophyll and protein of flag leaf with the aging of wheat plant during late filling period were observed.The treatments with organic acids,such as ascorbic acid,benzoic acid,salicylic acid, succinic acid and tannic acid,and inorganic elements such as boron and zinc,could restrain the decrease of activity of SOD and the accumulation of MDA,retard the aging of leaf and raise the seed weight to certain extent.
