| Abstract: | It's introduced the processing industry of fruit and vegetable's domestic and abroad trend, Chinese present situation and the major problems are exist at the present, the major contradictions to restrict its development were analyzed, and the developing objective and critical yields of Chinese processing industry of fruit and vegetable were pointed out in this paper. |
