摘    要:采用杏鲍菇2号菌株进行工厂化袋栽生产工艺试验。结果表明,适当提高杏鲍菇栽培袋装料量,可提高其相对产量;杏鲍菇子实体的生长发育主要靠培养基自身的含水量,一定的含水量是确保其高产、优质的先决条件;麦粒菌种具有菌丝萌发速度快,菌丝强壮,接种方便的特点,可缩短生长周期节约成本;杏鲍菇菌种长满培养料时,经一定后熟期,促使培养料养分充分分解和积累,可满足子实体生长发育的需求;后熟后,采用牛苔藓草覆盖,既能保湿、防止杂菌污染,又能有效控制空气交换,有利于杏鲍菇子实体的正常生长。

Abstract:Pleurotus eryngii No.2 strain was used in the commercial production of Pleurotus eryngii and the effects of different treatments on the yield and quality of P.eryngii in bag cultivation mode were valuated.The experimental results showed that the relative yield of P.eryngii could be improved by raising cultivating material in plastic bags appropriately.Growth and development of fruiting bodies mostly depend on water content of culture medium.Certain water content of culture medium was the prior condition of high quality.Wheat strains has the advantage of faster germination speed,stronger mycelia,more convenient in inoculating,which can save cost.And it was also proved in our experiments that the yield and quality of P.eryngii were higher if the bags covered with niu tai xian which was able to keep moisture,and to protect the mycelia from wild mold contamination after scratching.
