农用抗生素的筛选策略

摘    要:微生物是具有农用生物活性的代谢产物的重要来源。本文将就筛选策略对近年来从微生物中筛选具有农用生物活性代谢产物即农用抗茸素所取得的进展进行综述,其中包括分离新的或稀有微生物类群、发酵技术的改进、建立新的筛选模型及高通量筛选技术及色谱-光谱联用技术等方面。新的微生物类群是产生新的具有农用生物活性的代谢产物的重要目标;发酵技术的改进将会提高新的代谢产物出现的机会和检测的机率;新的筛选模型的创建和改进有助于发现新的代谢产物;高通量筛选技术有助于提高筛选的速度;而色谱-光谱联用技术的运用将避免不必要的重复工作,加快化合物的早期鉴别速度。

Abstract:Microorganisms are extremely important recourses of bioactive compounds for agricultural as well as pharmaceutical industry. This review will focus on the recent researches and developments in the areas such as the strategy of screening, identification and isolation of new and rare micro colonies, advances of fermentation technologies, progresses of new screening models, technologies of high throughput screening and hyphenated analytical technologies. New and rare organisms are the most likely the targets of potential bioactive secondary metabolites producers. Those bioactive compounds have the potential to be used in pharmaceutical and agricultural related fields. Developments on fermentation technologies have increased the possibility of isolation novel compounds. A key step which played a crucial role is the new models of screening. The speed of the screening which used to be the bottle neck has been solved by HTS. The dereplication step in the discovery process will make the research work more efficient.
