摘    要:传统遗传育种方法在挖掘和利用水稻栽培品种的遗传资源方面日趋饱和,进一步提高杂交水稻产量潜力必须考虑利用水稻野生近缘种的有利基因库.随着分子生物学技术的发展,分子标记辅助选择在定向导入远缘有利基因方面的研究日益活跃.介绍了马来西亚普通野生稻的2个高产QTLs(即yld1.1和yld2.1)的发现及其分子标记辅助育种的进展,并展望了这一领域的研究前景.

Abstract:It has been widely proved that genetic improvement is the most practicable way to increase rice productivity. However, it is now quite limited to further raise the yield ceiling through traditional breeding methods based on the exploitation of genetic diversity withinOryza sativa. With the rapid development of the biotechnology in recent years, it becomes a more and more important research field for rice breeders to introduce distantly related favorable genes into rice cultivars from wild relatives of rice. It is described here that the discovery of two yield-enhancing QTLs (yld1.1 andyld2.1) from wild rice and the preliminary studies on the marker-assisted selection (MAS) of these QTLs in hybrid rice breeding program. The prospect in the realm of MAS breeding was also discussed in the paper.
