摘    要:本试验选用6-BA和GA3对芹菜"文图拉"品种进行复合处理以期选出能增加日光温室芹菜叶绿素含量,进而增强叶片光合作用,形成更多有机物质的最佳浓度组合。试验结果表明:经6-BA和GA3复合处理后可有效增加日光温室芹菜叶片中叶绿素含量、叶片的光合速率、茎粗、株高和植株鲜重,所选浓度中200mg/kg6-BA+10 mg/kg GA3的处理效果比较显著,分别比对照提高了110.0%、14.7%、57.9%、38.5%和15.5%。

Abstract:6-BA and GA3 combined treatment were used to spray leaves of Celery.By doing so,we could select the best combinations of 6-BA and GA3,which increase the chlorophyll content,enhance leaf photosynthesis,synthesize more organic of greenhouse Celery.Results of the study showed that leaf chlorophyll content,leaf photosynthetic rate,stem diameter,plant height and plant fresh weight of celery in greenhouse were effectively increased by 6-BA and GA3 combined treatment.The treatment of 200ppm 6-BA + 10ppm GA3 had an...
