| 摘 要： | 衡量学校体育教学质量的高低，因素是多方面的。作为一名体育教师不但要具备较高体育技能和知识水平，还要具备较好的语言表达和组织调动能力。结合体育教学的特点，将思想品德教育融会于教学中，使学生的身心得到全面锻炼和发展，圆满地完成体育教学任务。
