Study on Sericulture Intellectual Property Lawsuits

The development of sericulture will necessarily lead to the combination of high and new technologies with practical production.To protect sericulture intellectual property,sericulture lawsuits study is a matter of great urgency.This paper presents an analysis of the characteristics of sericulture intellectual property lawsuits and,based on that,makes some modifications of the rules of proof losing-right system in civil procedure.It proposes that the principles of distribution of the burden of proof and partial claims should be properly applied so as to protect the legal rights of the researchers in lawsuits.
