从新制度经济学管窥中国农村村民自治

村民自治作为一种诱致型制度变迁应农村经济发展而产生,应其报酬递增而发展“。路径依赖”使得中国农村民主政治的发展已走上村民自治这条泥淖之路。然而现实的效率低下甚或无效率状态使得村民自治存在着进入一种“锁定”状态的危险。当我们对这种现状进行认真审视时,发现当前的村民自治只有进行有效的初始制度的选择和实现规模的报酬递增,才能摆脱泥淖走上良性循环发展之路。
