| 摘 要： | 研究了2,4-DCP对家蚕卵巢细胞(BmN)和苜蓿丫纹夜蛾卵巢细胞(Sf9)的影响.结果表明,2,4-DCP对BmN和Sf9细胞生长发育有很大影响,都表现为低浓度的2,4-DCP促进细胞增殖,超过一定浓度时表现出细胞毒性,导致培养细胞不贴壁生长和分裂,甚至死亡并收缩或破裂,有明显的浓度效应和时间效应.2,4-DCP对BmN和Sf9细胞的LC50分别为0.135和0.141 mmol/L.

| Abstract: | In the paper,the effects of 2,4-Dichlorophenol(2,4-DCP) on ovary cell of Bombyx silkworm(BmN) and Autographa califobiea(Sf9) were studied.The result showed that the cell proliferation was promoted by lower concentration of 2,4-DCP.It showed cytotoxicity beyond certain concentration and made the cells un-adherence to grow and multiply.High concentration of 2,4-DCP even could makes the cells death and contraction or rhegma.So it has the notable effect of concentration and time.The LC50 of 2,4-DCP on BmN and Sf9 cells was 0.135 and 0.141 mmol/L respectively. |
