摘    要:[目的]建立薏苡非种仁部位中薏苡素的HPLC测定方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为AgilentHC-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(V∶V=25∶75);流速为1.0ml/min;柱温为25℃;检测波长为232nm。[结果]薏苡非种仁部位中薏苡素的含量:根〉皮〉茎。[结论]该方法准确、专属性强,可为薏苡非种仁部位的综合开发利用提供参考。

Determination of Coixol in Roots, Seed Capsules and Stems of Coix lacryma-jobi L.var.ma-yuen(Roman.)Stapf by HPLC

Abstract:[Objective]To establish a method for the determination of coixol in roots,stems and seed capsules of Coix lacryma-jobi L.var.mayuen(Roman.) Stapf herbs by HPLC.[Method]HPLC was used and the conditions were as follows:Agilent HC-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) ,mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (V∶V=25∶75) ,flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,column temperature of 25 ℃ and detection wavelength of 232 nm.[Result]The content of coixol in different parts of Coix lacryma-jobi L.var.ma-yuen(Roman.) Stapf.were as follows:root>seed capsule>stem.[Conclusion]This method is accurate and specific,which is useful for the integrative exploitation of in roots,seed capsules and stems of Coix lacryma-jobi L.var.ma-yuen(Roman.) Stapf.
