河北衡水湖湿地根际微生物的生态分布分析

摘    要:研究了河北衡水湖湿地芦苇、长苞香蒲、水葱的根际与非根际土壤中,主要微生物类群的数量分布。结果表明,异养细菌是湿地土壤中的主要微生物。在三种植物的根际中,各类微生物的数量均比非根际中多,说明微生物的根际效应明显。植物的根际效应对微生物影响的程度为,异养细菌硝酸细菌亚硝酸细菌好氧性纤维素分解菌反硝化细菌放线菌真菌。

Abstract:The major ecological distribution of micro-organisms in non-rhizosphere and rhizosphere soil of reed,Typha and Scirpus were studied in this paper.The results showed that Heterotrophic bacteria were the major soil micro-organisms in wetland.The more types of micro-organisms in the rhizosphere soil of three plants compared with those in the soil of nonrhizosphere indicated that the rhizosphere effect on micro-organism war significantly.The effect was as followed:heterotrophic bacteria>nitric acid bacteria>nitrous acid bacteria>cellulose decomposing bacteria>denitrifying bacteria>actinomyces>fungi.
