| 摘 要： | 特困毕业生就业的数量与质量直接关系到普通高校毕业生就业状况。文章以山东农业大学为例,分析了特困毕业生数量、性别结构与学历结构情况,指出特困毕业生在就业观念、就业心理及个人能力等方面存在的问题。针对问题,从特困毕业生个人、高校及政府部门3个角度提出相应对策以改善特困毕业生就业状况。
