| Abstract: | The notion of cultivating ecological civilization has been firstly added into the party＇s constitution after the Eighteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China. Since the cultivation needs the accumulation of ecologieal culture, the widely publicized and raising awareness and interests of ecological culture will certainly facilitate the development of natural resources, the protection of the ecological environment in a virtuous cycle and the promotion of economic development. |
