摘    要:目的]探讨植物生长调节剂萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、生根粉(ABT)对小叶榕小枝扦插成活率的影响,为小叶榕小枝扦插快速规模化繁殖提供技术支持.方法]2012年8月,选取生长健壮、无病虫害、直径0.8~1.5 cm的两年生小叶榕插穗,分别浸泡于200、400、600、800、100 mg/L的NAA、IBA、ABT溶液中5 min,处理后扦插于不同基质中.2012年10月一次性起苗观察并统计每处理小叶榕插穗的平均根数、平均根长、成活率、平均梢长和平均梢数.结果]以600 mg/L的NAA和1000 mg/L的ABT处理效果最好,成活率分别达60.0%和50.0%,IBA处理只有600 mg/L的成活率明显高于对照;不同基质处理小叶榕扦插成活率差异明显,壤土最有利于插穗的生长,扦插成活率达45%.结论]直径0.8~1.5 cm的小叶榕小枝插穗经600 mg/L的NAA处理、在壤土中扦插的繁殖效果最佳.

Abstract: Objective ]The effects of plant growth regulators viz., NAA, IBA and ABT on cuttage survival rate of Fi- cus microcorp were studied to provide technical support for swift mass propagation of Ficus microcorp. Method]In August 2012, robust disease-free two-year-old Ficus mierocorp cutting slips with 0.8-1.5 cm of diameter were soaked in NAA,I- BA and ABT under different concentrations for 5 min and then put into different matrix. Two months later, seedlings were sampled to observe and investigate the survival rate ,mean rooting length ,mean rooting number, mean shoot number and mean shoot length. ResultlThe results showed that different plant growth regulators and different concentrations had sig- nificant impacts on the cuttage survival rate. The treatment with 600 mg/L NAA and 1000 mg/L ABT could best enhance cutting propagation with the survival rate of 60.0% and 50.0%, respectively. The survival rate in 600 mg/L IBA treatment was considerably higher than that of the control only. The cutting medium had significant effects on the survival rate. The loam was the best growth promoter and its survival rate was 45.0%. Conclusion]Ficus microcorp cutting slips with 0.8-1.5 cm diameter as treated with 600 mg/L NAA grew best in loam.
