昆明市污水处理厂污泥成分及利用方式分析

摘    要:目的]对昆明市污水处理厂剩余污泥成分进行分析,为污泥土地合理利用提供参考.方法]采用常规化学分析法测定昆明市主城区7座污水处理厂污泥的养分及重金属含量,结合文献及相关标准对污泥进行评价分析.结果]昆明市污水厂污泥有机质、全效氮、磷、钾含量丰富,而重金属Cu、Zn、Pb 、Cd、Cr含量较低,且均符合城镇污水处理厂污泥处置农用泥质B级要求,基本满足园林绿化及土地改良用泥质要求.结论]昆明市污水处理厂污泥可用于花卉种植、园林绿化、矿山废弃地等土壤改良及油料作物、饲料作物等非粮食作物种植.

Abstract:Objective]The components of sewage sludge in Kunming wastewater treatment factories were analyzed to provide references for appropriate use of sewage sludge. Method]The components of sewage sludge in Kunming wastewater treatment factories were measured using conventional chemical analysis and evaluated based on relevant literature and standard. Result]The results showed that the concentrations of organic material, total nitrogen, total phosphate and total potassium were high, while the amount of heavy metals (Cu,Zn, Pb, Cr,Cd) was relatively low and reached the B standard for agriculture use of disposal of sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant in Kunming (C J/T309-2009). The quality of sludge met the basic requirement for landscaping and land improvement. Conclusion ] The sludge from wastewater treatment factories in Kunming could be applied to flower cuhivation, landscaping, non-food planting including oil croos and feed crops as well as the recovery of the miningarea.
