摘    要:马鞭草烯酮型和1,8-桉叶油型2种化学型迷迭香(Rosmarinus officinalis L.)精油目前已有广泛的应用,但有若干精油成分疑存在安全性问题.本研究分别从急性经口毒性试验,急性皮肤刺激试验、多次皮肤刺激试验、眼刺激试验几个方面对其毒理和刺激性进行分析.以等比浓度灌胃法测定2种化学型精油对小鼠的急性毒性,采用改良寇氏法计算2种化学型精油对小鼠的半数致死量(LD50),实验结果表明,1,8-桉叶油型和马鞭草烯酮型迷迭香的LD50分别为7 220.35和8 088.24 mg·kg-1,LD50的95%可信限分别为5 172.53~8 124.41 mg·kg-1和6 982.70~9 842.84 mg·kg-1.马鞭草烯酮型和1,8-桉叶油型2种化学型迷迭香精油,在急性皮肤刺激试验中前者浓度在2.3%时,属于轻度刺激性,后者浓度在100%时属于中度刺激性;多次皮肤试验中,前者浓度在2.3%时属于轻度刺激性,后者浓度在40%时属于轻度刺激性.且相同浓度下前者刺激性要明显大于后者;眼刺激试验在50%的精油浓度范围内,2种化学型迷迭香精油强度显示为无刺激性.

Abstract:Both two types of Rosemary essential oils, chemotype of verbenone and 1,8-cineole, are now being widely used, although their safety have not been reported. In this current study, targeting their safety, we carried out our experimental assessment, including acute oral toxicity test, acute skin irritation test and multiple skin irritation, as well as acute eye irritation test.
