摘    要:采用常规石蜡切片及徒手制片法对地被石竹和金叶过路黄的叶、根等营养器官的显微解剖构造进行了观察。结果表明:地被石竹的抗旱性结构特征更加明显,根的输导组织发达,其中柱比例、导管数量及导管直径均极显著大于金叶过路黄,且叶片厚,上、下表皮均有角质层分布,维管束发达。

Abstract:The micro anatomical characters of vegetative organs including leaves and roots from Dianthus Plumarius and Lysimachia christinae Hance were observed under microscope using paraffin and handed cut section methods. Comparing the features of D.plumarius with those of L.christinae Hance, the results show that the former had obvious drought resistant characters that stand for strong root conducting tissues, in which ratio of steles and number and diameter of vessels of D.plumarius were significantly more greater than that of L.christinae Hance. In addition, D.plumarius had thick leaves with cuticle dispersed on both up and underneath epidermis as well as a developed vascular bundle.
