PEG对胡萝卜花粉离体萌发的影响

摘    要:研究了不同分子量的PEG(聚乙二醇)对胡萝卜花粉离体萌发的影响。试验结果表明,不同分子量的PEG对花粉离体萌发率的影响不同,PEG-6000较其他2种分子量的PEG促进花粉萌发的效果要好;3种分子量PEG的最适浓度不尽相同,其中PEG-6000促进胡萝卜花粉萌发的最佳浓度为100 g/L,而PEG-4000和PEG-10000促进胡萝卜花粉萌发的最佳浓度均150 g/L。

Abstract:Carrot pollen as tested material was used to study effects of different molecular weight of PEG on the carrot pollen germination.The results showed that effects of different molecular weight of PEG on in vitro pollen germination rate were different,the optimal concentrations were also different.100 g/L of PEG-6000 played a significant role in carrot pollen germination,the optimal concentration of PEG-4000 and PEG-6000 to promote pollen germination of carrot were 150 g/L.
