茎瘤芥保鲜技术的研究

摘    要:采用正交试验设计L18(37),筛选适合的防腐剂及浓度,探讨了熏蒸处理和预处理对茎瘤芥(青菜头)的保鲜效果.研究结果表明,柠檬酸对茎瘤芥的保鲜效果极显著,合适浓度为0.1%;抑霉唑保鲜效果显著,合适浓度为500mg/kg;40℃预处理10 min茎瘤芥失重率最低,达到2.08%;在贮藏15 d时,甲醛熏蒸处理比硫熏蒸处...

Abstract:In order to choose the proper antifungal agent and its concentration,the orthogonal design L18(37) were adopted.The effect of fumigant and pre-treatment on the storage of tumour mustard was discussed.The results showed that the effect of citric acid was very significant and the proper concentration is 0.1%;the effect of imazalil was obvious and the optimal concentration was 500 mg/kg.The rotten rate of the tumour mustard treated by formaldehyde fumigant reduced by 100% in contrast to sulfitation,the rate of...
