| 摘 要： | 以福建省邵武卫闽马尾松2代种子园无性系选配为例,分析建园无性系选配与亲缘关系控制的关系。结果表明,无性系选配应遵循遗传多样性、遗传增益高、结实性状再选择等原则,从广泛遗传基础中选择生长结实性状优异的无性系作为建园材料,利用随机与间距限止方法配置无性系,控制无性系之间自交与近交,尽可能防止近亲衰退现象发生。
