马尾松建园无性系选配及亲缘关系控制的分析

摘    要:以福建省邵武卫闽马尾松2代种子园无性系选配为例,分析建园无性系选配与亲缘关系控制的关系。结果表明,无性系选配应遵循遗传多样性、遗传增益高、结实性状再选择等原则,从广泛遗传基础中选择生长结实性状优异的无性系作为建园材料,利用随机与间距限止方法配置无性系,控制无性系之间自交与近交,尽可能防止近亲衰退现象发生。

Abstract:The relation between seed orchard building clone selective pairing and consanguinity control was analysed.The clone selective pairing of weimin 2nd generation seed orchard of Pinus massoniana was accord with principles as follows:rich genetic diversity,rich genetic gain,a second time selection of fructification trait and so on.Clones which were good at growth and fructification were selected from wide genetic base,and they were collocated with random and space length method.Just so,self breeding and close b...
