| 摘 要： | 以本溪产刺嫩芽为原料,通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了刺嫩芽干粉中提取总皂甙的工艺条件.结果表明,其提取最佳条件为:以95%乙醇为提取溶剂,温度70 ℃,固液比1∶15,提取时间3 h.影响因素从大到小为温度、提取时间、固液比、乙醇浓度.

| Abstract: | Aralia elata Seem from Benxi being taken as main raw material,the optimum extrating solvent and extracting condition of saponins were researched with single-factor experiment and systematical linear test.The optimum extracting condition was 95% ethanol as extracting solvent,70 ℃,ration of 1∶15,and 3 hours.The order of affecting factor was temperature,time,ration of material and liquor and ethanol deepness. |
