| 摘 要： | 真空浸渗法能弥补铸件的各种微孔缺陷。通过实验,配制出一种水玻璃浸渗剂,通过生产试验、台架试验,证明该浸渗剂性能良好,能有效地渗补φ0.5mm以下的直孔缺陷。

| Abstract: | Vacum impregnation is an effective method for the remedy of microbore defects incastings. A new sodium silicate impregnant has been made up through experiments. In stand andproduction tests, it has shown good performance and could remedied the casting's straight micro-bores below φ0. 5mm. |
