摘    要:通过水培试验研究不同pH值条件下接种5株根瘤菌对热研5号柱花草含氮量和生物量的影响。结果表明:接种根瘤菌后热研5号柱花草植株的生物量和氮含量随着pH值的下降而降低;在3个pH值(pH5.8、pH4.5、pH3.5)条件下接种菌株BS1-1、RJS9-2后,热研5号柱花草的生物量及含氮量均大幅增加;在pH4.5及pH3.5的条件下接种菌株PN13-3对热研5号柱花草均有显著的固氮增产作用。

Abstract:By the method of water culture, the impact of nitrogen content and biomass of Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Reyan No. 5, which were inoculated with 5 rhizobium bacteria, was studied under different pH. The results indicated that nitrogen content and biomass of the inoculated Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Reyan No. 5 decreased with the decreasing pH value. Both the nitrogen content and biomass of Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Reyan No. 5 distinctly increased under three pH conditions when inoculating rhizobium bacteria strain YM11-1 and RJS9-2. Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Reyan No. 5 was found to have a better Nitrogen fixtion and high-yielding ability when inoculated with rhizobium bacteria strain PN13-3 under conditions of pH 3.5 and pH4.5.
