摘    要:以香蕉枯萎病病原菌的6个菌株为试验材料,测定3种不同分子量的壳聚糖对香蕉枯萎病病原菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,3种不同分子量的壳聚糖对香蕉枯萎病菌有一定的抑制作用,对香蕉枯萎病菌的菌落形态、菌丝生长和孢子萌发等均有一定的影响。高分子量的抑菌效果优于低分子量的抑菌效果,其中C-290k的抑制效果最好,浓度为1 000 mg/L时对R1-248菌株的抑菌率达90.27%。

Abstract:The antibacterial activity of chitosans with three different molecular weight on the six strains of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense was described. It was revealed that the chitosans inhibited the activity of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense in a certain range, and had an effect on the Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense colony morphology, hypha growth and spore germination. The antibacterial effect with higher molecular weight chitosans was superior to the effect of the lower molecular weight. The effect of antibacterial activity of C-290k was higher than others, the effect of antibacterial activity of R1-248 was 90.27% at the concentration of 1 000 mg/L.
