山蚂蝗属种质材料苗期耐盐性研究

摘    要:对18份不同来源的山蚂蝗属种质材料在3、4、5、6 g/L等不同NaCl处理进行盐胁迫研究。结果表明:糙伏山蚂蝗、南01966银叶山蚂蝗、050223217大叶拿身草等材料耐盐性较强,070312008长波叶山蚂蝗等耐盐能力最差。

Abstract:Eighteen accessions of genus Desmodium Desvaux were tested by salt gradient of 3, 4, 5, 6 g/L respectively. The results indicated that Desmodium strigillosum Schindler, D. uncinatum(Jacquin)de Candolle and D. laxiflorum de Candolle 050223217 turned out to be the best salt tolerance species, while D. sequax Wallich 070312008 was the weakest kind.
