不同品种油茶叶绿素荧光参数的比较研究

摘    要:采用叶绿素荧光技术测定了不同品种油茶的叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明:在供试的3个品种中,博白大果油茶的PS II最大光化学效率、通过PS II 的电子传递速率ETR、最小饱和光强最大,而义安1号相对最小。由此可推测,在这3个品种中博白大果油茶生长较快,具有较高潜在生物产量的生理基础。不同品种油茶光响应曲线以及对光强度响应的初始斜率进一步证实了以上论点。

Abstract:The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of leaves of Camellia oleifera of different cultivars were studied by the chlorophyll fluorescence measuring technique.The results showed that the maximal photochemical efficiency of photosystem ΙΙ(Fv/Fm),apparent photosynthetic electron transport rate(ETR)and the minimal saturation intensity of Camellia gigantocarpa were the maximum among the three tested varieties.The results mentioned above indicated that C.gigantocarpa could grow quickly and had potential physiological and biochemical foundations to obtain high biomass.The issue was confirmed by light response curves and initial slopes from response of ETR to light intensities in different Camellia oleifera cultivar leaves.
