摘    要:以8成熟的‘高朗一号’毛叶枣(Zyiziphus mauritiana L.cv.Gao lang No.1)果实为材料,研究了以1 μL/L 1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)处理对毛叶枣果实采后贮藏(25±1)℃,相对湿度60%~65%]生理的影响。结果表明:1-MCP处理显著降低了失重率和腐烂率,推迟了果实硬度的下降和果皮退绿;诱导了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性;延缓了丙二醛(MDA)的生成。

Abstract:Indian jujube(Ziziphus mauritiana)fruits of the cultivar’Gao lang No.1’were harvested at about 80%-matured stage and were exposed to 1 μL/L\ 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP).The fruit were then stored at(25±1)℃ and 60%~65% relative humidity and later assessed for physiological characteristics.1-MCP treatment delayed the weight loss and decay incidence.Treating had a positive effect on the firmness of fruit and retention color.Treatment increased the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD),and reduced malondialdehyde(MDA)content.
