摘    要:测试3种不同的草甘膦剂型在不同浓度下对MA4菌株孢子萌发、菌落生长、产孢量的影响。结果表明,飞达红88.8%草甘膦铵盐可溶性粒剂对孢子萌发与菌落生长抑制作用最强,10%草甘膦水剂对产孢的抑制作用最大,95%的氨盐影响均相对较小。同时研究发现,草甘膦各剂型中的不同助剂对金龟子绿僵菌菌株的生长与产孢的影响较大。

Abstract:The effects of three different formulation of glyphosate with different concentration to the conidial germination and clony growth and sporulation were detected. Among the tested three different formulation of glyphosate, the 88.8% water soluble granual had the biggest inhibitory rate on the conidial germination and clony growth, the 10% aqueous solution had the biggest inhibitory rate to the sporulation, the 95% ammonium salt had the smallest effects relatively. The auxiliaries in different formulation of glyphosate had different affects on the growth and sporulation of M. anisopliae.
